With respect to all activities on and use of this site, you agree to at all times be truthful, to avoid and refrain from fraud, theft, misrepresentation, or any and all other activities or uses of this site which would further a purpose at odds with or which otherwise undermines or injures (as determined by EarthAnatomy™) EarthAnatomy™'s ability to accomplish its mission, to wit: lawfully providing, enjoying, using, or buying, high quality goods and services related to the sale and use of natural thin stone. What Does EarthAnatomy™ Collect?

We do collect some information. When you visit the EarthAnatomy™ website, we may collect your web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.  We do track the frequency and number of visitors to aid us in understanding who we are reaching through our efforts on the web.

Also, if you open an account with us or sign up for electronic e-mail notifications, alerts, or newsletters from us, we may collect the following types of personal information from you, including but not limited to:

Skype ID.

Before permitting you to receive bonus offerings, special updates, or various marketing material that EarthAnatomy™ creates and employs with its customers, we may require you to provide additional information to verify your identity or address or manage risk. This information includes, but is not necessarily limited to: your date of birth, social security number or other information. For example, we may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team. Or, we might ask you to respond to one of our product surveys or other marketing materials.

EarthAnatomy™ Does Not Distribute Your Personal Information to Third Parties

We do not sell or offer your "personal information" to marketing companies or other third parties. In the event that EarthAnatomy™ does receive any of your (or your company's) personal information or financial information, we pledge not to distribute it to any third parties, unless that third party is involved in completing a business transaction for a legitimate business purpose with us (and for you). In other words, we do not collect your information for distribution to marketing companies, sales companies, or other entities that are not involved in the sale of natural thin stone products through this website.

How Does EarthAnatomy™ Handle Your Financial Information?

Online Financial Information - the bank account numbers and credit card numbers that you use during your activities on this EarthAnatomy™ website are not readily available to us. We do not access or use that information. Instead, we use an outside service provider to process your financial transactions with us on this site. Refer to the outside service provider's privacy policy for details on how your information is handled and protected by them.

In-person Financial Information – If you speak to us in person or on the phone or in an e-mail in order to complete a business transaction, we may need credit card information to process your order or request.  In such cases, we do not distribute or share that information with anyone.  And our company does employ all reasonable efforts to prevent that information from being disseminated or improperly accessed.  However, we do not warrant the safety or security of your financial/credit information. While we take all reasonable care to protect account information and credit card information, we are a business, not a bank. We do strive to follow all applicable laws and make it part of our company policy to protect our customers from the unwarranted use of their financial information. Employees are absolutely prohibited from disseminating or using that information for any reason, except the completion of a financial transaction with and for you. However – and this is important - in no event shall EarthAnatomy™ be held responsible for the accidental or intentional misuse or misapplication of your financial information by any third party, including employees, hackers, or other bad actors who make it a practice of stealing such information.  

How Does EarthAnatomy™ Handle Your “Personal Information”?

We strive to protect you.  “Personal information" is information associated with a specific person or entity (such as a corporation) and can be used to identify that person or entity. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been generated in a way that does not identify a specific user.

We protect your personal information by using all reasonable and necessary means of preserving it via physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. We also make it a point of adhering to all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

How Does EarthAnatomy™ Use the Personal Information It Collects?

We use personal information for business needs. Your personal information may be used by EarthAnatomy™ when necessary, including but not limited to the following legitimate business purposes: to provide services, customer support at your request, process transactions, send notices, resolve disputes, collect fees, troubleshoot problems, prevent unauthorized or illegal action, improve our website, market our services to you, and compare information for verification purposes with third parties. In any event, EarthAnatomy™ will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone, except with your express permission or if we are required to do so to complete a transaction for you, or comply with a subpoena or other legal process.
